Berlin, 03.07.2019 – – Keelings Knowledge Ltd., an Irish based ERP software provider for the fresh produce industry, and the Munich-based IT service company BayWa IT met with the Irish President Michael D. Higgins in Berlin at the event “A Celebration of Irish Industry Presence in Germany” to announce their business partnership to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product in the German market.
Both partners have profound knowledge from within the fresh produce industry as well as outstanding expertise in delivering ERP projects successfully. This collaboration ensures that future German clients in the fresh produce industry will receive the best possible ERP software implementation and support from a local partner who have similar values and passion.
Keelings ERP system is tailored to meet the specific needs of the fruit and vegetable sector and can support all relevant business areas, e.g. procurement and sales, logistics, quality assurance, food safety, production, forecast planning, stock and warehouse management, management reporting, and includes a strong business intelligence tool. The Keelings family have been in the fresh produce industry for three generations dating back to 1926. They have been developing software exclusively for their business since the 1980s and in 2012 they created a separate business which is now called Keelings Knowledge with currently 25 highly qualified professionals.
