Training
Once implemented, Keelings Knowledge software will become a key element of your continued success if applied effectively. You will want to ensure that your users and super-users retain and expand their knowledge of the system and its capabilities over time, that knowledge lost through staff turnover is replenished and that new staff are quickly brought up to the required knowledge level on the software. While your super-users will play a big part in this process, they too may move on at some point. That’s why we offer a comprehensive range of ERP support and training services for super-user and standard user grades.
It can be a challenge for a user to remember every single detail of the training they received during implementation or when they first started in their job; they only become experts as they use the software more and more in their day-to-day roles. We complement our detailed user guides with online material and tools including cheat sheets, trouble shooters, videos and knowledge articles that can be easily accessed and referred to on-the-job so that users can quickly refresh their knowledge as they need to.
From time to time more comprehensive training may be required for groups of employees who have changed roles in your business or who are completely new to your business.
We offer a range or combination of different learning options
Classroom
The traditional learning methodology where users are brought through all or specific aspects of the software in great detail by qualified trainers in a classroom environment. Ideal for groups of 4 to 6 who are new to the software or to a specific part of the software.
Online Training & Assessment
Remote training can be facilitated using Moodle™, our online training tool. Complete system or specific functionality training can be delivered this way. Training needs assessments can be completed online by experienced users looking for refresher training. Online assessment exercises are a feature of this approach providing feedback to users on how well they have learned the elements of the system they have trained on.
Sand Box Environment
Here we create a mock-up of elements of the system to train new users in your team. Most suitable for functionality that requires users to operate scan-guns and other mobile devices, or where it's important to demonstrate workflows.
None of the above approaches are mutually exclusive and can be used in various combinations depending on the need of the trainees and of the business.
