Sales & Operations
Job Description
As an International Project Manager with Keeling Knowledge you will work closely with our clients to deliver a range of services primarily related to the implementation, use, and upgrade of our software products in their fresh produce businesses. You will organise Keelings Knowledge resources, coordinate tasks, manage client expectations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Specifically you will:
- Work directly with the client throughout the life of the project;
- Be(come) sufficiently knowledgeable in our software products to be able to confidently explain and demonstrate key functionality and work-flow to clients, and to be able to advise the client on how best to deploy our products and services in their businesses;
- Be(come) sufficiently knowledgeable in the Fresh Produce industry to be able to confidently converse with our clients about the specific challenges that they have to deal with in their businesses and to be able to recommend solutions based on KK offerings;
- Develop and maintain project plans and budgets;
- Identify and manage risks;
- Develop schedules and methods for measuring progress;
- Manage your project team – assign individual tasks & responsibilities and hold them accountable on delivery;

Technology
Direct knowledge of our ERP software would be ideal but a strong appreciation of the concept of ERP is desirable. You have a healthy interest in technology, its disruptive nature, and how it can be applied to transform the Fresh Produce Supply Chain and/or consumer behaviour.
Industry / Business
Ideally you have spent 2-3 years employed in the Fresh Produce Industry with a strong understanding of IT as well as the commercial and operational functions and workflows of a Fresh Produce business.
Skills / Experience
You are a leader and can demonstrate extensive management experience – project and/or functional. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator with proven success in customer-facing roles. Fluent English and Dutch language skills are a pre-requisite and German would be an advantage.
Travel
Our growth target markets are Benelux and Germany. Your place of employment is in the Netherlands, but you will also be working regularly in the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom and France. You have to be prepared, fit, and able to travel abroad to work with clients and partners. Some trips will require overnight stays.

We are currently looking for an experienced Xamarin developer to take over development of a new mobile application.

Reports To

Overall Purpose of Role
To take on development of a mobile platform developed using Xamarin that has been recently added to the product suite and is poised to go live with various clients in 2020
Technical Skills & Experience
- 2 or more years developing Xamarin applications
- Comfortable working with RESTful JSON APIs.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Worked in Ireland previously in software development
Advantageous
- Microsoft certification
- Prior experience working with ERP platforms
- Experience of implementing DevOps pipelines via Azure Devops and/or TeamCity
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Development of new features as described using the tools and technologies as required
- Maintenance of existing platform and functionality
- Provide support and guidance to the existing team on best practices and use of Xamarin
- Provide advice and estimates on timelines on fast to changing priorities and the impacts of changes
- Documenting processes, technical details and other relevant information
- We are also in the process of automating processes and would be looking to develop and automate build process for releases

- Previous experience working with established development teams

- Fast learner and understanding of complex business requirements
- Able to provide advice and impart knowledge effectively
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving requirements as this is a new project
