Eamonn has over 20 years in the technology industry with 14 of these specifically within the fresh produce industry. Initially, Eamonn helped deliver successful projects for a variety of business units within the Keelings Group and it was through this work Keelings Knowledge software began. In 2012, Keelings Knowledge was established and Eamonn became Managing Director. Eamonn’s focus is to help Keelings Knowledge reach a global market while continuing to help customers deliver on their goals through bespoke industry built technology. Julie Cummins
Julie joined the Keelings Group as a software developer in 2004 and is now the Chief Technology Officer of Keelings Knowledge.
Following the completion of her Masters in Information Technology and having spent several years working in the financial services industry, she is passionate about new technologies and how these can be used to solve real-world business problems.
Julie has over 14 years’ experience in the fresh produce industry, and has worked across all areas of the software development life cycle. This gives her a deep understanding of our customers’ requirements and how to deliver a quality product.

Customer Support Manager
Gemma Humphries
Gemma has a degree in Computer Applications from DCU. Managing our helpdesk team Gemma makes customer focused resolution and satisfaction the team’s priority. She has over 14 years’ experience in Application Support and Software Development, she has worked on both the application support and development teams across many software companies. Gemma joined Keelings Knowledge in 2008 and her helpdesk team handle all of Keelings Knowledge support tickets for our existing customers.

Senior Project Manager
Will O’Connell
Will has over 20 years’ experience in implementing ERP Solutions. His extensive experience and broad knowledge is focused on delivering large scale implementation projects, from initiation to deployment, for our national and international clients. Will joined Keelings Knowledge as a Senior Project Manager in 2013. Prior to joining Will worked with a global ERP software company delivering projects across a wide range of sectors including financial, retail, technology, manufacturing, services, healthcare – both locally and internationally.
Will is a qualified CPA, holds a B. Comm and H.Dip in Numerical Computing.

DACH Sales & Marketing Manager
Eva Schröder
Eva joined Keelings Knowledge in July 2020 and is our Marketing & Sales expert for the German market. It is her mission to help companies in the fresh produce industry in the DACH market to reduce costs and streamline their processes and with the help of Keelings Business Solutions. Eva’s broad marketing skillset and international experience enable her to achieve successful customer communication. Prior to her job at Keelings Knowledge, she worked as a Business Development Consultant and SaaS Account Manager.

Claire Mongey
Claire has worked in the fresh produce industry since 2004, she joined Keelings Knowledge in a tester/trainer role in September 2012 and a year later Claire became our lead trainer. Her extensive product knowledge along with her fresh produce industry experience enables her to design and deliver training courses that new users can understand and that help facilitate a smooth transition for them to the Keelings Knowledge user environment. Claire has successfully completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching.
