Our ERP Packing House Solution includes a comprehensive Warehouse Management System (WMS) module to facilitate detailed and accurate management of your stock. In addition, our implementation teams have a strong background in fresh produce distribution operations and we can offer you an excellent solution combining our Packing House solution software and first-hand operational knowledge to assist your business with management of the operations; ensuring measurements and controls are in place to drive lean performance.
Through the use of intuitive handheld RF touchscreen devices and barcode technology, our WMS solution controls the internal flow of physical goods from the initial supplier purchase order and receipt at backdoor, application of traceability label, QA inspection on intake and put-away to internal storage locations, directed picking with scanguns (retrieval) for despatch and loading on to trucks in the original format. This allows you to have 'live-stock' which tells you the exact location of stock down to specific pallet space, how much warehouse space you have available and gives you a history of all stock movements from the time the stock arrives to when it leaves. Also covers off assigning pick jobs to warehouse staff."
